Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Unified Marketing LLC ("we") for use of NewCo. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

NewCo helps licensed insurance agents run lead ads in their own Facebook and Instagram ad accounts, receive and follow up with leads, create ads with AI tools, and track results.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and hold an active insurance license in every state where you run ads. You keep your license information current.
• You are responsible for your login and for everything done in your account.

3. Your ad account and ad spend

• Ads run in an ad account you own. Meta bills you directly for ad spend. We don't mark up ad spend.
• You authorize us to create, change, pause and read results for campaigns in the ad account and Page you connect, and to read leads from your lead forms.
• You must follow Meta's Advertising Standards, Commerce and Lead Ads terms. Meta may reject ads or restrict accounts; we help but can't guarantee approval or results.
• You can disconnect Facebook at any time.

4. Leads, consent and compliance

• You are the seller of insurance and are responsible for your sales conduct and for complying with insurance, telemarketing (TCPA, TSR, state laws), do-not-call, privacy and anti-spam laws.
• You only contact leads within the consent they gave, honor opt-outs right away, and respect quiet hours.
• You review the consent wording on your forms. We provide a starting template, not legal advice.
• Leads you get through NewCo are yours and are never resold or shared with other agents.

5. AI tools

AI-made ads and copy can be wrong. Review everything before it runs. Don't make claims you can't support (for example "guaranteed approval"), don't imply a government affiliation, and don't use anyone's likeness without written permission.

6. Price and billing

• Plans renew monthly until canceled. Current price is $97 for the first month, then $497 a month, plus any add-ons or credits you buy.
• Cancel any time in Billing; you keep access to the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory ads; no scraping or reselling the service; no attempts to break security; no use for health or other products we haven't enabled for your account.

8. Your data

Our privacy policy explains how we handle data. You can export your leads at any time. When you close your account we delete your data as the policy describes.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee lead volume, cost, sales or Meta approvals. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims that come from your ads, your contact with leads, or your breaking these terms or the law.

11. Changes and ending

We may update these terms with notice. We may suspend accounts that break them or put others at risk. Florida law governs these terms.
